Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and Iftrue, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to https://www.iftrue.co and related platforms.

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge having read and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, you are prohibited from using the Site.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be noted by changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
Jurisdictional Limitations: Information provided is not intended for distribution where prohibited by law. Users accessing from outside the US are responsible for local compliance. The Site does not comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA).
Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old.
Intellectual Property Rights

You may be required to register and are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all account activity. The Company may remove or change usernames deemed inappropriate, obscene, or objectionable.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data without written permission
- Deceive users or attempt to access sensitive account information
- Circumvent security features or restrict content copying
- Disparage or harm the Company or Site
- Use Site information to harass or harm others
- Misuse support services or submit false abuse reports
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in unauthorized framing or linking
- Upload viruses, Trojan horses, or disruptive material
- Engage in automated system use, data mining, or scraping
- Delete copyright or proprietary rights notices
- Impersonate other users
- Upload spyware, tracking devices, or passive collection mechanisms
- Interfere with or disrupt Site operation or connected networks
- Harass Company employees or agents
- Bypass Site access restrictions
- Copy, adapt, or reverse-engineer Site software or code
- Use unauthorized scripts or offline readers
- Use purchasing agents or automated account creation
- Collect user information for unsolicited communications
- Compete with the Company using the Site
- Advertise goods or services on the Site
- Sell or transfer your profile
User-Generated Contributions
The Site may allow you to create and submit content ("Contributions"), viewable by other users and potentially third parties. Contributions are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Contribution Warranties: By submitting Contributions, you represent and warrant:
- Your content does not infringe third-party rights
- You own or have necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions
- You have written consent from identifiable individuals featured in your content
- Content is not false, inaccurate, or misleading
- Content is not unsolicited advertising, spam, or solicitation
- Content is not obscene, violent, harassing, libelous, or slanderous
- Content does not ridicule, mock, disparage, or abuse anyone
- Content is not used to harass, threaten, or promote violence
- Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Content does not violate privacy or publicity rights
- Content does not involve child exploitation material
- Content contains no offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical ability
- Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law
Violations may result in termination or suspension of your rights.
Contribution License
By posting Contributions or linking social media accounts, you automatically grant the Company an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and sublicense your content worldwide for any purpose.
This license applies to all media formats and channels, including your name, company name, trademarks, and images. You waive all moral rights in your Contributions.
Company Rights: The Company retains full ownership of your Contributions and their intellectual property. The Company may edit, redact, re-categorize, pre-screen, or delete any Contributions without notice and has no obligation to monitor content.
Submissions
Questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site ("Submissions") become the Company's sole property. The Company owns exclusive rights and may use Submissions unrestricted for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.
You waive moral rights to Submissions and warrant they are original or you hold submission rights.
Third-Party Websites and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and third-party content. These are not investigated or monitored by the Company, and the Company is not responsible for accuracy, appropriateness, offensiveness, reliability, privacy practices, or policies.
Linking does not imply endorsement. Third-party purchases are exclusively between you and the third party.
You agree to hold the Company harmless from losses or harm arising from third-party content or websites.
Site Management
The Company reserves the right to:
- Monitor the Site for Terms violations
- Take legal action against violators
- Refuse or restrict access to Contributions
- Remove excessive or burdensome files and content
- Manage the Site to protect its rights and ensure proper functioning
Privacy Policy
The Company cares about data privacy and security. Users agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms.
The Site is hosted in the United States. Users accessing from other regions with different data regulations consent to data transfer and processing in the US.
Copyright Infringement
The Company respects intellectual property rights. To report copyright infringement, notify the Company using contact information below (a "Notification"). The notifying party's copy is sent to the content poster.
Warning: You may be liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a Notification. Consult an attorney if unsure about infringement.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect during your Site use. The Company reserves the right to deny access and use to any person for any reason, without notice or liability, including for breach of these Terms or applicable law.
The Company may terminate your account and delete content at any time without warning. You are prohibited from registering under your name, aliases, or false pretenses if your account is terminated.
Modifications and Interruptions
The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or remove Site content at any time without notice and has no obligation to update information.
The Company may modify or discontinue the Site without notice and is not liable for inability to access the Site during downtime or discontinuance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Both parties irrevocably consent that Turkish courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations
Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration to resolve any dispute.
Binding Arbitration
Disputes shall be referred to the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) according to its Rules.

- Language: Turkish
- Governing Law: Turkey's substantive law
Restrictions
Arbitration is limited to individual disputes. No class-action arbitration is permitted, and disputes cannot be brought on behalf of the general public or others.
Exceptions
The following disputes are excluded from informal negotiations and arbitration:
- Disputes seeking to enforce or protect intellectual property rights
- Disputes involving theft, piracy, privacy invasion, or unauthorized use
- Claims for injunctive relief
Corrections
The Company reserves the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Your use is at your sole risk.
The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and assumes no liability for:
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies
- Personal injury or property damage
- Unauthorized access to secure servers or stored information
- Transmission interruptions or cessation
- Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or malware
- Errors or omissions in content or losses from content use
Limitations of Liability
The Company and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, revenue, or data, even if advised of such possibility.
Liability is limited to amounts paid by you to the Company during the six-month period prior to the cause of action, regardless of the action form.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company harmless from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or demands arising from:
- Your Contributions
- Site use
- Breach of these Terms
- Breach of your representations and warranties
- Violation of third-party rights (including intellectual property)
- Harmful acts toward other Site users
User Data
The Company maintains certain Site data for performance management and monitoring your Site activity. You are solely responsible for data you transmit. The Company is not liable for data loss or corruption.
Electronic Communications
Site visits, emails, and online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications via email and the Site, satisfying legal requirements for written communication.
You agree to electronic signatures, contracts, orders, records, and delivery of notices and policies.

Miscellaneous
These Terms and any Site policies constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. The Company's failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver.
These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. The Company may assign rights and obligations at any time. Unenforceable provisions are severable and do not affect remaining provisions.
